About MasterPeace

 Our History 

Terri Tripp-Warren, a native of Marion, founded MasterPeace Home Health Care in 1992 and was the first home care agency in this area.  Two very special women influenced the creation of MasterPeace.

The model of compassionate care came from her mother, Louise Tripp.  She dedicated her life to caring for those in need and became one of Terri’s first caregivers.  Her ‘golden rule’ was “treat others as you would want others to treat you.”   We honor her memory with the dove logo she created for MasterPeace, and by continuing her acts of loving kindness.

The second was Miss Dorothy Fox, a long-time resident of Mattapoisett.  Miss Fox created the company name, MasterPeace, which has come to define the company philosophy: providing the best care to secure a safe and healthy environment.

Through caring for Miss Fox for nine years, Terri gained an instrumental understanding of people who wished to maintain independence, but by unavoidable circumstance, needed assistance at home.  Through the years, she has been able to observe, learn, and perfect new ideas, laying the foundation for the exceptional services MasterPeace offers today.

 Our Mission 

We believe in surrounding ourselves with those who share in our philosophy and approach to caregiving.  We work together as a coordinated team to create a safe and healthy environment compatible and harmonious to each client’s unique needs and wishes. 

MasterPeace is a member of the HCA Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts, the Alzheimer’s Association Southeastern Partnership, the SouthCoast Chamber of Commerce and the Massachusetts Association of Older Americans, and are Veterans Administration Certified.
